RiftCat/VRidge doesn't work or you found a bug. What to do?

First of all check our troubleshooting section HERE which might containt solution to your.

If you are reporting a bug then check if it's already on our Trello board HERE.

If you can't find a solution to your problem or when you are reporting problems related to graphics/artifacts/quality include all files (update.log and StreamView.log might not be present) found in {RiftCat 2 installation folder}/logs. Your log folder will probably look like this:

Also, please include your DXDIAG file. See article below to find out how to create this file:

In total, you should e-mail at least 3 files as attachment; Riftcat.log, VRidge.log and the file created with DXDIAG tool to [email protected]
